Hey guys,

I love the piano, there is no doubt about it. I can't read music, but I wish I could. All I can do is push the keys.

I made a song yesterday, which took me about five or six hours! If there is something I'm learning about recording music, its that it is HARD! I had to use a Metronome to record it and I wasn't used to a tapping noise telling me how fast to play. So I struggled a little bit to keep a consistent beat. You might notice that in the song hahaha

Anyway, I just wanted to share it with you guys. I put it up on MySpace, so if you have a MySpace feel free to add me TOO! If you think it stinks, I'm open to hear it...

Does it have a name? Reminds me of the ocean...

Oh, I don't know if you care much for poetry, but I wrote this as an assignment for my poetry class, and your comments about not being able to read music made me think of it. Hope you don't think I'm impertinant for sharing it...

awww, i wish i could teach you but it's difficult on computer i guess...
you should try looking it up though, do you know any basics? like that there are seven letters to the musical alphabet, a, b, c, d, e, f, g? and where the middle c is? x)

Okay, now that I've listened to the whole thing, I have to say that is fantastic....especially for not reading music or anything! The chord progression is simple but it works so well. Keep playing, you will go far.
